According to your hostess, Mimi Marie:
Have you reserved your parking spot yet? Route 69 is almost ready!! Save the Date: July 8th 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. EST. If you’re looking for fresh inspirations, check the Sinespace shop for some timeless looks waiting to be worn! Our creators and designers have been busy for this special themed Event.. colors, playful looks and more! Guys and girls fashions! Be sure and get your souvenir dated themed event shirt! Route 69 will be the place to be seen!
Cindy Bolero had created an amazingly detailed recreation of a 1950s diner!
See you at the Route 69 Diner this Wednesday evening! Just click on the Explore button in your Sinespace viewer and search for “hot summer nights” to find the world! Bring a nickel for the jukebox 😉
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will need to be running the latest PREVIEW (2b) version of the Sinespace client to be able to attend this party. I tried to get in with earlier versions of the client, including the latest release build, 2019.1b44 r8076, and I could not get into the world created for this event (they couldn’t even teleport me in!).
Geek Weekly is every Monday from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. PST, upstairs in the Localhost Connection coffeeshop. It’s a loosely structured format with geek culture news, ice breakers, geek themed trivia, and then open social discussions. In the future, we’re planning on a street party in the cyberpunk streets with dueling DJs and B-boy dance battles, but we’ll post that in events and in Discord when it’s set up.
ArtemisBane and Carsten Stark have striven to create an environment that is cyberpunk and sci-fi, but also cozy, warm and inviting.
The Localhost Connection
If you’re new to Sinespace but want to attend this event, you’ll need to download and install the Sinespace client on your computer (there are Windows, Macintosh, and Linux clients). Here are some step-by-step instructions on how to get started in Sinespace. If you already have the Sinespace client installed, just click on the Explore button and do a keyword search for “localhost”.
See you at the Localhost Connection next Monday! I am quite looking forward to this.

I received the following message from Mimi Marie in Sinespace yesterday:
~ Under The Stars Formal Party ~
What: A Spring Garden Party will be held in the region of the beautiful Mystery Isle! Join us for dancing in the temple while watching the sunset and the stars glimmer like diamonds in the sky. Our music this evening will be a mix of String Quartet and Cello versions of popular rock songs presented by SpiralSilverstar, your DJ and host. Put a 1000 Watt smile on your avie and join us! Gold prizes and other gifts will be randomly given.
Where: Type Mystery Isle in your search tab
When: Wednesday May 20th, 2020 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST.
Dress: Semi Formal/Formal Attire encouraged but not required.
Side Note: Please support our amazing creators and designers and consider a purchase from the many beautiful products that might be suitable for this special event. Thank you!
For this event we ask that you come prepared with a “Snow Ball” to sell to Spiral for Gold prizes. This will simply make the gold give smoother and less time consuming. Go to Shop>Gestures>Snowball. Its is free to grab. If you need more information on how to do this transaction please contact me here or via in-world mail.
You can find the free snowball under the Gestures tab in the Sinespace Shop
The snowball gets around a quirk of Sinespace: avatars cannot give each other Gold, Sinespace’s in-world currency! However, you can “sell” a free item (like the snowball) to another person, which is a clever work-around way for someone to send you a gift or prize of Gold.
So, get dressed up in your finest outfit, and come join us as we dance under the stars!
