Sansar Outfit Outlay: Sister Act

It’s really wonderful to watch so many people creating inventive costumes for Sansar avatars using the Marvelous Designer software! (Which reminds me, I really do need to sit down and spend some more time learning how to use the latest version to create more avatar fashion for my store. I haven’t touched it in over a year now!)

TimeyMaster has created a wonderful, fun traditional nun’s habit and put it up for sale in the Sansar Store, and the best part is, it’s free!

I paired with a pair of black boots by Cora (S$250), and I’m all set!

Total outfit outlay: S$250 (the cost of the boots)

Sansar Outfit Outlay: Red, Gold, and Black!

I haven’t done a Sansar fashion blogpost for quite a while, so I thought I’d show off a look I put together for Sansar supermodel Vanity Fair. Once I saw this jacket for sale on the Sansar Store, I knew I had to have it!

I love the military styling, the draped chain details and the metallic shoulders; it totally reminds me of something Michael Jackson would wear! So I paired it with a few other items already in my inventory, and behold! My red, gold, and black look was complete!

Sansar Outfit Outlay: Ready Player One T-Shirts and Denim Skirts

Sansar Studios has put dozens of Ready Player One-inspired T-shirts for men and women up in the Sansar Store, and they are all FREE! So I am going to show you a few of the designs available.

I have paired them with a new line of denim skirts made by Solas. Solas NaGealai is a well-known fashion designer in Second Life as the owner of BlueMoon Enterprise (SL storeblog) and the co-owner of Silvan Moon Designs (SL StoreSL MarketplaceFlickr), and she is now creating and selling clothing for Sansar avatars under her Lune Bleue brand name. The denim skirts are available for S$75 each in the Sansar Store.

Here Sansar supermodel Vanity Fair is wearing the blue Joust T-shirt with Solas’ stone wash denim skirt in blue:

Outfit Outlay: Ninjas in Sansar!

ninja (忍者) or shinobi (忍び) was a covert agent or mercenary in feudal Japan. The functions of the ninja included espionage, sabotage, infiltration, assassination and guerrilla warfare (Wikipedia). Three talented Sansar creators have made beautiful outfits for sale, for those days when you feel like channeling your inner ninja.

For women, there are two options for ninja wear. First up is the basic black Ninja Outfit – Female by Debi Baskerville, for S$99:
