On Friday, Sam and Boden (along with Torley as cameraman) led a whirlwind tour of five Sansar art-related experiences:
- IDIA Lab: Newton’s Cenotaph, by Mencius Watts
- 3D Mind Bending Reversperspective Art, by JackTheRipper
- Floating Temple, by C3rb3rus
- Valencia, by Theanine
- Mountain Cabin, created by Sam and his wife! (everybody had some technical difficulties trying to get into the same instance of this experience)
Here’s the livestream (I can’t seem to get it to start right at the beginning no matter how I embed the URL, so you might need to rewind it to the beginning):
The following forty-second video (no sound) captures C3rb3rus’ gigantic animated tree man as he approaches a visitor on a raised platform in the Darkwood Forest experience, reaches out several times in an effort to touch him, then lumbers away into the green mist:
This is obviously the big (and I mean, BIG) brother of the tree man C3rb3rus created in his original experience! If you haven’t visited Darkwood Forest yet, set aside some time to explore this wonderful environment! This was one of our stops on last Saturday’s Atlas Hopping, and C3rb3rus has added so many new things to this experience.
You might be familiar with this airship. It is a popular addition to many Sansar experiences!
This wonderful vehicle, which comes in a static version for S$200 and one that follows a loop for S$800, is the creation of C3rb3rus, who has a number of interesting items in his store (here’s a link). He sells everything from vintage telephones to HazMat suits!
I especially love his Loki Mask, which has glowing eyes and an animated texture for the horns! It’s available for S$400, a steal for such a beautifully crafted avatar attachment.
I look forward to seeing what other wonderful and imaginative creations C3rb3rus comes up with! It’s even fun watching him create! He’s definitely an artist to watch in Sansar.
