I first heard about this experience yesterday and I put it on my checklist of places to explore today. You arrive in a small, candle-lit entrance hall, where you are greeted by the butler’s voice, who welcomes you to the mysterious mansion. You pass through the doors and immediately enter into a large arched room with a grand staircase leading to the second floor. It is pouring rain outside, and the occasional flashes of lightning illuminate the dimly-lit interior.

While there, I was pleased to see Inara Pey! She was also exploring the house; we were the only two people there. She and I traded notes about the secrets of the rambling old house.
She reported that, in desktop mode, some parts of the mansion were so dark that she could not navigate them. I also noticed (when I switched to desktop mode to chat with her) that the house seemed darker than in VR mode. I did find a staircase that led to the house’s basement, but it was so dark (even in the VR headset) that once I was down there, I could not find my way back upstairs and I had to re-teleport into the experience from the Sansar Atlas in order to re-orient myself.
You can pick up multiple objects in this experience (Inara told me about a book and a skull she had found, but I could not find them). Look for the hidden passageway!

Be sure to visit and explore The House of Woe, created by Nick the Brain Guy.
